Formation a/c
Evening chaps
Someone with better knowledge than me may be able to tell me what I witnessed this evening. Walking home (not from the pub I hasten to add), with the hound and being in a 'dark skies' kind of area, I was able to witness around 6-10 white lights passing above in a line. Heading NW to a Southerly direction at around 1810/1815. FL I couldn't say, nothing on Flightradar at the time and I'd guess it was military but interested to know.
Was a cool thing to see, pitch black, clear skies and then this line of just White lights above.

EDIT: it was apparently Elon Musk's "Starlink" satellites zipping through the sky.

Up on the common this evening hoping to see them around 5.40pm, bloody 10/10ths stratus at le moment critique...
