BA retro-jet question

I was admiring the stunning BOAC retrojet the other day there and it struck me that it can't be long before it has it's first "replacement" parts. With BA it's a subfleet of mismatched nose cones with the two different shades of white, or Virgin with different shades of silver noses matched with clashing of old and new red on the engine panels.
Ryanair have a Boeing liveried B73H which long ago lost it's original matching nose to God-knows-where.

So is there budget to touch up replacement engine panels into grey for the retrojets? A standard BA nose is inevitable but is going to look terrible, although on the Negus one, it would be reflective of the original long drawn out rebrand.

I suspect for accuracy's sake, we just repaing the BOAC tail into Negus and leave the rest as BOAC hybrid for years......

I think you overestimate the frequency with which external components get replaced. I wouldn't be at all surprised if all 4 of the retro fleet make it through to retirement in a couple of years without needing any replacement radomes, engne cowls or feathers.
