As I'm not a qualified Pilot, I respectfully draw reader's attention to this article. Its for review only and I for one do have a problem with the inclusion of the incident at Munich - See the link below. Thanks

The Article is obviously not for Aviation Professional Analysis; but I would welcome some feedback - I do mot have any links with the Site or its publishers, I do know a little about radio propagation and I suspect that the topic may have been covered in the past on PPruNe.
