Korean Airlines family nutters

Just spotted this about the family owners of Korean Airlines and the infamous nutrage daughter, but about how the rest of the family, and others in Korean high society, are apparently worse than her. The video clip links in the text thoroughly dismayed me. I'm surprised people don't boycot Korean Air after watching stuff like this about the owners.

It's a different culture, with different morals and ethics. Yes, points east have imported many elements of western culture over the years (style of dress, music etc etc) but this kind of thing has been intrinsic there for thousands of years and it won't change easily. It seems unacceptable to us westerners but it is much more "normal" there.
I am minded of those expats that head east for career opportunities and then complain bitterly that they are treated like slaves & with zero respect. What did they expect? Working within a company owned and managed by "locals" will incur a "local" employment experience, and it's their trainset or rather aeroplaneset, so they rightly call the shots.
Maybe some people should be more interested in preventing "western" standards from being slowly watered down at home by conflicting cultural values and globalism, rather than worrying what happens overseas.

For other reasons, Korean Airlines have been on my "no fly" list for a great number of years. This article ensures that they will remain so!
