HA 26 Return to HNL

Just noticed Hawaiian Air 26 (EA330) return to HNL after leveling off at cruise enroute to PDX. What’s up?

Airborne for about 1:15, according to FR24.

Statistically, by far the most common reason for a return to origin (in this case as an alternative to another 4 hours in the air) is a medical emergency.
