Aircraft identification question
This aircraft is from a video on Youtube. I have not been able to figure out what it is, any help would be appreciated. It appears to have 12 engines?

I'll go for it being a fake, I'm afraid. It looks like an (or properly, the) AN-225 with extra engines and winglets pasted on.
