Lancaster over Chipping Norton

About 1100 and later a couple of Typhoons formating on a military A330 (Voyager) near Chipping Norton. What was going on? Enstone?
Just wondering.
Edited thanks to "Out of Trim" below. Thanks mate.

The RAF Voyager? Or is it really the Thomas Cook Voyager? Tongue in cheek mode here but it baffles me that we could run an air force using Rent-A-Plane. Mind you, the Army has to suffer similarly with their half a dozen or so logistics ships being shared with a civilian transport operation. And the RN have a couple of ships with registered owners being a civilian outfit.
