Serious incident on the ground at Bordeaux Airport

Does anyone have information on an airprox between an EasyJet Airbus and a TBM700 at the holding point runway 23 at BOD ? One of our local spotters heard the incident on the tower frequency at night last february.
It seems that the French Air Force operated TBM700 was almost run over by the departing A320 since the light aircraft apparently had all its lights off while on the runway.
Any official report on your side ?
Is it a normal procedure for military aircraft to swith off lights on the ground at civilian airports ?
