Question regarding two sightings at PHX
I previously asked this question in the wrong forum. Here goes...
So, last night at PHX, Cotam 001 - the French Prime Minister's plane - landed and spent an hour or so on the ground. Pretty surprising. But what was really odd was that I think a USAF E-4B also landed about the same time. That's weird, right? Does USAF escort heads of State in an E-4B? What are the odds of two rare planes being at the same airport at the same time? Thoughts? Ideas?
