B 748 VQ-BSK has just flown a holding pattern (twice round the racetrack) at 4800 ft. over West Limerick before landing at Shannon.

Probably using the facilities in and around SNN for crew training, as do many of the larger European airlines. I saw it's predecessor, the 747SP, at DUB using the compass calibration circle a few times over the last few years. Must be a nice gig to have for the crew ;-)
