Not in the delivered aircraft apparently. It is a serious pain in the behind to be blocked by a NEO that pushed just in front of you and taking 5 minutes per engine to start them...

P&W are saying that it will be the end of this year before PW1100G start times are able to match those of the V2500.

It seems that the first AC with engines incorporating the fix is grounded in Al-Ain (UAE)

Airbus use Al Ain for hot weather trials - that's the reason MSN 6920 has been there.

If it hasn't been flying every day, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's "grounded".

The only update we have is that ours are now delayed until October, which makes them almost a year behind.

Oh well...

Well, when it has been on the ground for two weeks whitout even turning the transponder on, how do you call that ?
When you perform ground tests, there's a minimum systems you have to turn on, depending on the test performed.
The two first days after aircraft arrival in Al Ain, there were signs of activity. They were moving the aircraft on the tarmac, then no signal at all for 2 weeks.
The previous hot weather campaign last three days ! Same thing with the other engine.
