Newbie with questions

Hi all

Ihave worked in the freight industry for 15 years with 11 as a dangerous goods agent now working in a team that handles charter/ADHOC a/craft. I would like to look into the role of a load master and in the future become one. I am wondering what qualifications I would need and what is the best way to get into the role, also I have done mass and balance but this was long time ago. Thanks In advance for any experiences and insight into the role of load master.

With respect, you'd be much better off asking this question in the 'Freight Dogs' forum, than in the Spotters Corner. I'm sure that some weather beaten old lag will be happy to point you in the right direction. Best of luck!
