Runway closed notifications?

Is there a service that would provide a notification upon a runway closure at a specific airport? I understand a person can lookup a NOTAM at anytime but say you just want to receive an alert that a runway status changes to CLSD or a general category of closures and outages only for a specific field?

Are there any services that provide email or text notifications of NOTAMs that can be filtered by airport and possibly type of NOTAM?
