Arrow Type rating training?

There is basically one TRTO in the UK who is a position to provide EA32 / B737-NG to self-sponsored students. Does anyone know of any (obviously JAR) organisations within the U.S. / Europe who can do the same?

I think the Pan Am Flight Academy (Miami) may be able to help, but when I used their 737 sim a few years ago it was pretty pathetic (some defects over 2 years old).
