Reading QRH Manuals

In Boeing manuals, for example in the 737-800 Quick Reference Handbook, how is the manual organised? How do you find, for example what to do if the Yaw Damper light fails to extinguish? I cannot work out how to use the numering provided. Is there a contents page?

How do you find a specific failure to diagnose?

I guess you have the PDF and not the actual book with the tabulated sections!

It doesn't work very well in PDF, sorry.
