Certifications on FAA database

I was researching the FAA Airman Database for someone regarding the qualifications of a pilot.

They show up as having a private licence, single engine, land.

Does the database also show additional endorsements such as an instrument rating, night VFR certification, etc?

There is no special Night VFR for the FAA Certificate, it is included in the PPL.

So anyone with a Private certification can fly night VFR?

Does the IFR certification turn up?

Yes, instrument privileges show up on there.
