LUFTHANSA To Retrofit An A340 Into An 'Ebola Emergency Response' Aircraft - Lufthansa Flyer

Looks like the Germans are going to offer the services of one of their A340's to transport Ebola infected persons from/to wherever in a specially outfitted interior. Either they expect it to be frequently utilised, or they're confident of covering the operating costs ???

Don't think they are worried about covering operating costs as they are in partnership with the German government which would suggest it's an aid package.
