Surely the real question is why a baggage container was in a location hazardous to aircraft?
It matters not whether it was Air France, Aeroflot or Ryanair whose aircraft moved the baggage container - if it was left in a hazardous location then the ground movements chimps are the ones who need to explain the reason.
