B2 over Devon

Just watched with surprise a B2 bomber passing over Exeter at high level heading East. Is this a regular route to see these?

No, but for the next few weeks there are 2 of them and 2 B52's based at RAF Fairford and conducting exercises here and there, so you might see one again if you keep your eyes peeled.

We laid on some good weather for them to take a sightseeing trip around the southwest peninsula.

Not quite right, the 2 x B2s should be going home this weekend and the 3 B-52s should follow at the end of next week or early the following week.
