Karachi Constellation

There used to be a Constellation (AP-AFQ) parked up at Karachi a long while ago. More recently a Constellation-looking fuselage can be seen on Google maps inside the grounds of the PIA Training Facility between Star Gate Rd and the maintenance/storage apron. Does anyone know the story behind this fuselage and if it is still in existence? TKs!

suggesting that it was scrapped some time ago (photo above is from 1990).
