Exeter high-level holding..........
OK. Circling at FL20+ We have EX500H and AWC03G over Exeter. Fog? Thanx in advance to all the usual anally retentive professional replies.............Quid est veritas?
2,000 feet is not particularly high!

DaveReidUK. Didn't mean to discourage replies, just the ones that I got anyway. 
BTW, I meant FL200. They didn't descend at all, just did circuits. Fog looked the likely reason. Didn't get a single bill this morning.

Yes you are correct, EXS005H (operating EMA-EXT) and AWC003G (operating STN-EXT), both B737s operating for Royal Mail, were unable to get into Exeter this morning due to the fog.
Both subsequently diverted to the Royal Mail facility at East Midlands Airport.
