A330 Diversion to Edinburgh

Anyone in Edinburgh got any update on the A330 OY-VKG that has just diverted to Edinburgh? Landed about 40 mins ago squawking 7700.

Best guess? Medical emergency, nothing out of the ordinary (that is unless you are the pax they are diverting for).

Yes - about 90% of 7700 squawks are passenger medical emergencies.

I suppose one could argue that, with the advent of Mode S receivers and the likes of FlightRadar24, the ability to ambulance-chase from the comfort of your own armchair represents progress of a sort.
