A google search for Dalmatian finds:
Dalmatian is Croatia's first Low Cost airline that is expecting to launch flight operations in 2013.
That would be a start for a further search; at the moment their wesite http://www.flydalmatian.com/ times out.

They were supposed to start flying in summer 2006 but as of today, they have no AOC.

Informative enough?

It's OK today:

"Dalmatian is a new breed of hybrid low cost/low fare airline concept founded to pursue the growth opportunities in emerging markets of short and long distance air travel. As the low cost/low fare model continues to grow around the world with leisure and business travellers recognising the value of the low cost airline business model, Dalmatian intends to become an industry leader of the mega-trend of the future model of air transportation, a trend that was first born in the competitive landscape of the Australian air transport industry."

The "reggie-spotters" will have fun with this one?!

Will the livery be all white with regularly spaced and sized black or brown spots to conform to the breed standard?

Web address to be . . . . . . . . . . . . com?

Sorry, couldn't resist!
