I think you have answered your own question.

Think about it - if you were making a video called "Various Interesting Aircraft @ Manchester Airport", rather than simply "Various Aircraft @ MAN", what would you include, and why?

And also, if you really, really, really, absolutely, life depended on it, had to show your Manchester airport video, there is a current thread running here on spotters corner thats titled "MANCHESTER AIRPORT SPOTTING" !!!!!! No need to start a separate one just for your videos...............

...and if you really want to show your piccies there are many specialist spotting sites. Read what it says at the top of the page right after Spectators Balcony (Spotters Corner)..

It IS the spotter's corner, but perhaps the daily run of the mill visitors to, in this case, MAN aren't so interesting to many of the professionals/semi-pro's etc who frequent pprune. If, for example, you had filmed some old Russian freighter or an Togolese cessna etc then no doubt we'd all be commenting positively. Nothing personal alexsupra, it's all about the content.
