Colchester Sea King

Just bought a new house in Colchester near the Goojerat barracks. This afternoon a RAF Sea King came over low and did a few orbits before heading off. Just interested to know if anyone knows what is was about. Also see Apache helicopters from time to time, all welcome over my house.
