Question 767 Aileron damage?

I was flying a 767, 2 weeks ago and it looked like the aileron when moving up and down was touching some sort of cable at the inner face of the wing and damageing? it. Or is this normal for this aircraft? (see pics)

Before start, looks normal.

Before landing:

It is rubbing on the tubular rubber seals that improve the aerodynamics by stopping air leaking past the aileron.
The lower one is damaged and will probably be replaced at next C check.

Thanks. Good to hear it's nothing vital, because for me it looked like a cable or its isolation was damaged. After the flight I asked a FA about it and showed him my pictures on the phone. He said there is no damage and everything is ok ... Was a United flight btw.
