Dubai airspace closed ?

Unconfirmed reports of no traffic into Dubai ?

Anyone got any info ?

Flightradar 24 shows a few departures, but nothing coming in ?

Did hear a couple of quite loud jet aircraft overflying the downtown area a few hours ago... could not see them though so they must have been quite high up. Normally I don't hear them from inside... not sure if it's connected. Then again I didn't think middle of the day is traditionally very busy, moreso early morning and late night?

The two fast jets were F16's seemed to be orbiting the dry docks started very low and slowly gained height??

Possibly - TAY052 (TNT) (Hong Kong - Liege) Normal cruise altitude to west of Karachi then lower level and into Dubai ?

HHmm, heard them again about 45mins back. Normal then I guess. I've also heard quite a few cargo a/c (looked like a Herc) which stand out because as I mentioned, can't hear normal traffic usually unless right next to the windows...
