737-800 CDU RTE page flightsim question

Hello all,
planning a short hop YSSY-YSCB and just being curious.

Didn't find real world flightplans, started from scratch, came up with:
YSSY WOL9.WOL RAZZI.RAZZ8A YSCB (taking off from 34L, can't fly GLF6 as it's not for jets)
Now, the WOL9 SID ends at the WOL NDB (WOLNB in the RTE page), not at the WOL fix on the H65 high-altitude airway.

What do real-world pilots do in this case: enter RAZZI in the TO column (direct), or add the WOL fix (in the TO column) and then the H65 airway in the VIA column TO RAZZI, or even do some other thing that I didn't think about?

Thanks in advance, best regards.

Thank you for your reply, really helpful.

No, I'm not planning on becoming a real-world pilot as I already have a job and I'm perhaps too old to choose another one...
If you were wondering about the high post count, it's almost completely due to Silhouette Thread addiction...

I like flight simming from time to time because, apart from aviation in general, I have a passion for delving into the inner workings of almost any given item, procedure or subject.
I often enjoy more the planning phase than the actual flying which, when done on autopilot, is not all that exciting.
Doing the occasional "click-click, click-click" from time to time though.
