VS19 LHR-SFO What happened?

VS19 returned to LHR today after holding over the channel, assuming he was dumping fuel. Anyone know why? Heard it may be a pressurization issue..

Mate on the flight said it was an engine failure after takeoff.

Mate on the flight said it was an engine failure after takeoff.
Unconfirmed reports that it may have ingested a bird.

On its way again.
Substitute aircraft, obviously.
