Miami collision

[Not a pilot--ignore or delete as necessary] Perhaps some comments would be valuable before the final report. I imagine that no one had intended to have a collision at the start of this day.

That's rather obvious isn't it? Would you decide to go out and crash your car on a certain day? Normal people wouldn't dream of doing that so why should a pilot be any different? Pilots are, after all, just normal people who happen to have worked hard enough to get their licence.
