Sounds pretty cool!
But is it just pie-in-the-sky?
I wonder how the heat exchangers are able to cool the airflow so radically and so fast, and how it compares to existing rates.
And what is it 'exchanging' with?
If it is a rocket it won't ever appear on commercial (terrestrial) aircaft.
