Talking How much fuel can you save unsing S.E.T.'s?

I was wondering just how much fuel a airline could save per flight if they used standard Single Engine Taxi (S.E.T.) procedures? Oh and while where talking about fuel saving how much fuel could a airline save per flight if they used a Flap 3 configuration (per ex: SriLankan Airlines)?

@moderators: If there is already a thread about this please pardon me and delete my thread.
