Westland Wessex cockpit systems trainer

Hi,

I'm an Air Scout leader and our troop have just preserved the pictured CPT for the Wessex from Belgium. We believe it is ex-RAF, but would love to have any further information on it.

If anyone fancies helping us try to bring it back into use we'd love to hear from you. We're based in North Norfolk.

We're also hoping that someone might be able to provide us with a scan of the pilot's checklists for the HAS-5.

Thanks!

Might be tricky as the HAS.5 isn't a recognised Wessex variant.

It is indeed ex RAF it came from RAF Aldergrove to the Ulster Aviation Society shortly after 72 sqdn disbanded. It was then sold to Everett Aviation when the society had to leave its then home at Langford Lodge, it sure gets about!

Then the pilot's checklists for a Wessex HC.2 would be the most appropriate.

Thanks for the information. My only connection to the Wessex is through the Wessex 60, so happy to have corrections for variants.
