Awesome colour scheme !

Expat New Zealanders will get a burst of Kiwi pride when they see the new all black aircraft with its distinctive silver fern on the runway in London.
Isn't this the same CEO who wants to drop London from the network? Can't believe they stuffed ten abreast in the new triples, no wonder LHR-LAX is in the red.

I like this bit:

"The plane does not attract any more heat than a white plane in the air, and any extra heat drawn to the plane on the ground is negated by air-conditioning."

They must have reinvented some of the laws of physics here!
Park that puppy at LAS or PHX some July and see how comfy it is!

When on the ground with pax maybe but what about the guys that have to work in the cabin when it's on the ground?

Will ANZ management allow the ac packs to run during maintenance.... outside....in the sun...?

When at the hangar all the doors of the aircraft are left open and safety nets (specially fitted) are put into place to avoid any object or person falling from the open doors.

When at the terminal and not on an air bridge the Aircon/apu is left running for a limited amount of time while the aircraft workers service the plane.
