El Al 738 - LROP landing without flaps

Just heard the news that an El Al b738 flight declared an emergency and landed on 26R LROP without flaps. I watched live the landing on FlightRadar24.com. After a holding pattern to burn fuel, they landed without problems at 185 kt. Just curious how problematic this kind of speed is for a 738, 4 t fuel on board, 141 passengers plus 5 crew members. Runway length is 11500 ft, wet conditions.
