Helsinki Vantaa about 1130 this morning a Shorts Skyvan type aircraft was on the approach to 22L (viewed from the Kerava Prisma rooftop carpark).

I assume it was an AN28 but can anyone confirm.

I haven't seen something like that for many years now.
