Thomas Cook General Emergency..

Thomas Cook (Condor) 767, out of Frankfurt enroute to Cancun, diverted to Cologne/Bonn wih a general emergency yesterday....

Anyone hear any further details?

I heard the aircraft with Maastrich control when they were dumping fuel.

But no news on why they had to come back

Do I assume that a 'General' emergency is bigger than a 'Major' one and far worse than a 'Private' one?
