Apache over Manchester

Nice to see an Apache flying north over south Manchester today, not seen one of those in a while.

Two Apache's actually crossed over the airport North to South late afternoon. I was working at the airport at the time and watched them fly over.

I'm on 17, and I've heard of it..
In fact, a 'new' AAC Apache was at my aeroclub about a week ago - it made a great sight!

2 passed over St Helens around 4pm Friday....going towards Liverpool....make quite a distinctive noise dont they.

You can watch Piper Apaches flying low level in Wales?? A great thought but maybe I am confused again. Perhaps the helicopter thingy should have been called Apache 2?

Ok nurse I'll take the medication now...............
