Solar Impulse
Hello all,
I've just been watching the live video direct from the aircraft which took off this morning from Le Bourget at 0711 loc.on the return flight to its base in Switzerland.
Its really amazing . Even though the immediate benefits of the Solar Impulse project to aviation in general are probably not very obvious, it is, however, a breath of fresh air in this day and age of hard economic realities to see that the dream of "basic flight" is still alive and well.
