how to evaluate quality of management
Folks, I'm an investment analyst and interested in how to better evaluate / compare management quality in the airline industry. I'm thinking that staff turnover, customer satisfaction, unexpected delays, serious accidents, etc might be good indicators but would welcome your feedback and also links to credible data sources for comparative assessment.
