US Airways Full Emergency at Athens

US 759, B762, reg N256AY, performing flight Athens to Philadelphia with 161 pax on onboard declared a full emergency sortly after take off due to vibrations in engine no.1.The aircraft landed safely on runway 03R where it remains AOG.

My guess would be that they lost a blade or two from one of the fans. the imbalance in the engine would cause the vibrations.
