Photography at "Monte Real" Airbase Portugal
The Tiger Meet next year is at Monte Real Air Base in Portugal.
I have an interest in the Photographic possibilities at this Airfield.
Does any one have any experience of taking Photos outside this base?
The Runway is listed as 02/20, very much a North South orientation
I have looked on Google earth and it looks very limited, especially the southern end, lots of woods/trees etc.
I checked on Scramble and it doesnt look too good overall.
The main hope is that there will be Spotter/Photo. days on the base same as the recent Tiger Meet at Cambrai.
Any info./feedback will be most appreciated.
