B737- rudder hardover

Hi Everyone,

First post- and just an aviation enthusiast.

Apologies if there is already a previous thread on this.

My question for the professionals-

Is the B737 Rudder problem regarded as completely solved.? Would pilot SIM training now include a module on dealing with such a scenario? My lay understanding is that at the time of the USAIR accident ,the appropriate speed recovery procedures were not known to the pilots in that configuration. Or have the rudder modifications rendered such a problem solved?

Many thanks
