BHX today problems?

I've been checking flight ZB925 G-OZBR from Almeria on the arrivals page and it keeps going back 20 minutes even though i know it has taken off from Spain pretty much ontime. It's not been flying what looks like over four hours. A similar thing with a bmibaby flight from Malaga has also been the same with a flight well over four hours...? Checking Flightradar24, both flights have done circuits near to BHX before going north and over flying EMA to then turn back towards BHX... Other flights due around the same time have both taken off and landed though... is there some sort of restrictions today at BHX? Surely they would have been getting very very low on fuel imparticular the bmibaby flight.
