Future of Afriqiyah Airways ?
Presumably this airline is currently not flying ? Last friday I saw a brand new A320 F-WWIX/5A-ONN c/n 4596 in there Colours at the Toulouse Airbus Delivery Centre
Airbus A320-214, F-WWIX, Afriqiyah Airways (8U / AAW)
- there may be a good chance I suppose this will never be delivered ? - time will tell

I don't see them on the Gatwick departure board today. If you try and book a flight through their .co.uk site you are given a telephone number to contact.
Afriqiyah are a 6th-freedom carrier, they are not primarily in the business of serving the Libyan market. Their market is Europe-Africa in the same way that Emirates market is Europe-Far East.
So if they could relocate their hub to somewhere else, like Cairo or Tunis, they could carry on 'business as usual'. That would need all the necessary bilateral approvals, though, and I can't see for example the EU countries agreeing to modify their bilaterals with, say, Tunisia, to accommodate a temporarily homeless Libyan carrier to serve EU routes.

yes all the afriqiyah flights been cancelled due to the situation in libya. being a cheap airline for african destinations african community is waiting for the airline to live again. but seems very difficult as it facing a very deep political and economical challanges.
