Hu Jintao's Visit to Washington, DC

As I write this message, China's President Hu Jintao is in Washington, DC, to meet with President Obama and others. He arrived at Andrews AFB and presumably will depart from there.

I am curious to know what type of aircraft on which he flew, and what was the flight path, including intermediate stops?

Where I am likely to find that information? A review of news sources offered little.

Thanks for the photo. The B747-400 has an absolute range of 7,670 nmi or 14,200 km.

The straight line distance between Beijing and Washington, DC, is 6933 mi or 11157 km.

Thus, the flight could have been made non-stop. Assuming a cruising speed of 550 mi/hr, the trip would have taken about 16 hours.
