Aircraft Enthusiast Day

Hello all,
Take a quick look at this:
YouTube - Experience a take-off with MyTravel

Basically this is just before MyTravel merged with ThomasCook, and they held an aircraft enthusiast day. As an individual you got to see the flight planning, flight ops, and you got a 55minute flight all included with flight deck commentry and ATC, and a go around! It was held at EGCC Manchester and the aircraft was a A321. I'm not to sure if there as been a event as such since, so i was wondering writing to a airline for a enthusiast day. But i dont want to make myself sound a pilok. I was also thinking due to the UK's useless economy they probably dont have the time and currency for unecessary events as such? What do you think?

Thanks,
Tom W
