Photo.spot at "Brussels", still ok?
Can anyone please let me know if a Photo. spot at Brussels Airport is still possible?
Location:
On grass bank by the fence of the Detention Centre, overlooking
RNYS.07R/25L. Just to the right of the tunnnel.
I noticed recently on Google Earth that there is a lot of Development by this
spot.
The access road to this Photo. Spot looked ok and open, but this would have been awhile ago.
Any info. on the latest situation would be most appreciated.
With thanks

called a friend who's spotter and he confirmed it's still possible to walk to the fence without any problem... car needs to be parked a bit further (approx 400 yds), rest by foot...
attached link to spotters site (although from 2006 still very accurate..)

Many thanks for the info.
I thought it might be a problem to park as close as in the past.
At least its still a "Photo". spot.
I like to use it late pm when the sun is in line with the Runway.
Very nice position for flairout/touchdown pics.
Cheers
