Bit of thread drift.

On the military thread they often mention a place called ISK.

Does anyone know where they mean as I haven't the courage to ask and I do not think they are referring to Nasik in India.

I used to fly VC10's but never went there.

I saw ( probably ) this VC10 on the 5th. I was with my little girl at Sundown Adventure Land near to Retford.

Hear the noise and the aircraft was directly above.

Difficult to estimate height but it was not leaving vapour.

A wonderful part of the World, from what I can gather. Shame the RAF can no longer utilise the place, but I'm sure the Army will settle-in to their new camp quite quickly.
