A380 gone tech at MAN after go-around.
Anyone know what's wrong with the Emirates A380 that did a touch and go-around at Manchester at about 12:20 today in strong cross winds? It landed OK off a second approach and should have departed at 14:10.
It's still on the ground, estimated to depart tomorrow at 14:00 according to the Emirates website.

Ohh, I don't know whats up with it, but that means I'm going to get a great view of it tomorrow morning when I fly from MAN terminal 1!

An A380 going tech now there's a surprise 
, at Heathrow they must take it in turns between the various Airlines , EK, QF , SQ, in fact we have renamed it the A180 , as it normally does one back to stand ....

The electrical problem didn't cause the go-around. The aircraft went around very late due to crosswinds and touched down in the process resulting in quite a hard landing.
